What we can repair
Please consult the list of repairable agricultural electronic equipment below, if your equipment is not listed please contact us to see what we can do.
You may phone, email or WhatsApp with some photos and a description of the fault symptoms. You must include a name and contact phone number.
If you decide to send something to us for repair please follow the procedure at the bottom of the page for sending your items.

We give 3 months warranty on new parts used in repairs.

Costs
We cannot give repair costs until we have seen the equipment, no two repairs are ever the same. Pcbs which are corroded will take longer to repair than clean ones.
An estimate of costs will be given in every instance before work is carried out, where possible.
There is a "Minimum Test" non-refundable charge of £60, additional charges may be added at the rate of £60 per hour (in half-hourly increments ).
Invoices must be paid in full before items can be despatched.
We are only able at present to take payments by "Faster Payment" Bank Transfer.
We can NOT accept cash, cheques or card payments.

Sending your items
All equipment must be extremely well packaged to prevent damage in transit. A good stout box filled with suitable packaging material should be used, never use padded bags/envelopes.
Flimsey packages are likely to get damaged.
Your full contact details must be included in the box, i.e. name/trading name, address, contact telephone number, e-mail address and an order number if you wish to use one.
Our secure delivery address will be provided on request. Unsolicited parcels may not be repaired at our discretion and return carriage may become the responsibility of the sender to arrange collection.

Carriage
We can at present only repair items from mainland UK including Scottish Islands, we are unable to accept items from EU Member States, USA or Republic of Ireland due to Customs implications. AB Techtronics must be contacted before any items can be sent from Northern Ireland. All items will be returned using Royal Mail or Parcel Force. The P&P costs will depend on weight, size and value of parcel.
